Went for the first time just now. I got the mai tai and the watermelon crawl and both are very delicious. The workers are very nice, and there was also a dog there. I’m not sure if the dog is always there, but he was cute. Highly recommend if you’re into teas and smoothies.

Had the Toasted Marshmello today and it was amazing! I'll need to go back for sure!

Clean cozy atmosphere great selection for energy drinks and protein shake

I absolutely love the drinks and shakes here. Michelle does a fantastic job and always has a smile. The daily specials that are offered are tasty and extremely healthy compared to other places. This is the first place I would recommend ANYONE to go to for a healthy option.

Impact Nutrition is a god send to the quad cities. The owner Michelle is so sweet and has great recommendations. Her and her staff make you feel welcome always. The atmosphere is relaxing with happy colors on the walls and a cute seating area. The Mexican lollipop energy bomb is AMAZING! It’s sugar free but sweetened with Stevia and is super refreshing. I love that they have membership packs you can buy for your favorite things which helps you save money if you are a regular customer. I love supporting local and this will definitely be my regular spot!
