Little Caesars Pizza - Davie

I’m wondering when they will have some brownies available. My experience was disappointing overall. The staff was rude and unprofessional. One of the boxes by the window gave off a clearly racist vibe, which I found amusing rather than upsetting. One of the male employees seemed to have an attitude that was quite off-putting, as if I had done something to offend him personally. Overall, the atmosphere here left much to be desired.

My elderly father ordered a pizza, expecting it to be hot and fresh. When he received it and found that it wasn't warm, he simply requested another one. The response he got was shocking: the man said, "You can take it or leave it." Is this acceptable? The manager should be embarrassed; this is not what good customer service looks like at all!

I visited the restaurant on Sunday afternoon and placed $7 on the counter for a $5.95 order. I intentionally left the extra dollar to see if the employee, a young woman wearing a burka, would return it. However, she kept the dollar! When I confronted her about it, she became defensive and said, "It was 6!" in a guilty tone. I knew I had given her $7 and asked her to clarify, but there was a clear language barrier, and she didn't understand me. "Whatever it is, it's just a dollar," I said as I left. As I walked out, she became rude, letting out an audible sigh and exclaiming, "Oh my God." As others have mentioned, this place really needs a major overhaul in its staff.

Only a special order was picked up and both pizzas were warm when they were supposed to be right out of the oven (by the tracking app). Both orders of crazy bread are far understated. Never again an order in this medium store. Yuk!

Absolute horrible service. I called and waited 12 minutes. No answer. I actually drove there while on hold and waited another 2 minutes before anyone came out. They said ?it?s only 2 people here working? yet the lobby was EMPTY and no one by the phone. If I owned this store I?d fire everyone and hire new people.
