Taqueria Guadalajara - Davis

I typically enjoy a simple rice and bean dish. The restaurant offers a delicious hibiscus drink and a salsa bar. The prices are reasonable and it's a convenient place for a quick meal.

I tried the Tripa super Burrito and it was delicious! I also enjoyed the salsa and chips bar. Great value for the price.

Best Mexican restaurant in town. Delicious, bright and fresh tasting lures. The open salsa bar is addicted. Advice is friendly and fast even at peak times with line from the door most days. Walk from peak times and enjoy a satisfying meal.

Edited: After I went to Taqueria for many occasions, I had a very bad experience with the guy who works there. He tried to blame me for ordering the wrong food, and all the time I was made to be ashamed of the counter, why I complained about getting the wrong food. Even as he served the replacement, was like a lap in the face. Never back there! Really good food and service. It runs from a family so you better expect a good taste.

Pros: -Amazing customer service; friendly and courteous employees. The young lady who took my order was so nice! -One of the best super burritos I have ever eaten. I got a super burrito with carne asada and refried beans. I have searched throughout all of Davis for the best burrito, and this is it. -Their red sauce? Perfect. Their tomatillo sauce? Perfect. Their pico de Gallo? Perfect. -Their chips are fantastic and complimentary. Cons: -None. I can't praise this restaurant highly enough. The only con might be the knowledge of where it is located, because now that I know, I fear that my wallet and weight will suffer! Amazing place to eat. 10/5 stars.
