Írjon visszajelzéstMet a group of friends for a late Friday meal. The location is terrific with sweeping views of the harbour and its a great place to catch up either for a light or substantial meal before a performance. I was catching up with friends and had the light bites of salted calamari and chorizo meatballs. They both were tasty and reasonably priced-under $20. The cocktails however which my partner tried as well, are standout. I often get annoyed when I order a spirit or cocktail and I feel either it is watered down or the alcohol level low (general value terms) not bang for buck. Cocktails here are interesting and although around the $20 price point, good value with the measure/spirit combination. Overall ambiance is a relaxed vibe and the seating is very good with the spacing of tables creating a not crowded in feeling. Great for large/small groups as well small dining.
Food is not special but convenience for the theatre is worth it and the views are special. A good way to enjoy a total theatre experience.
I took some friends from overseas here and it really hit all the right notes. Lovely precinct and historic building, great ambience and location and very warm, relaxed, contemporary vibe without feeling too loud or crowded. Had excellent meals and wines by the glass all round for quite reasonable places. Oh and the views are wonderful...but there are definitely many other reasons to go. Highly recommend!!
Really great feel about this place. It's big, so no over crowding with friendly staff and did I mention the view? If you are entertaining overseas friends then take them here.
I had one of the worst dishes I've been served, prior to going to see a performance, at this restaurant. Thankfully the theatre performance was good! Heirloom carrots with honey etc. Just simply - bad! Over sweet. Minimal over cooked carrots etcTotally inedibleWaitress didn't ask why not eaten when collected plates.Other dishes - very ordinaryDrinks - surprised only big name gins. Not one Australian. When there are so many good bars and restaurants - I'd skip this one.
