Írjon visszajelzéstThe largest hotel in the city is a popular stop for major tour and cruise groups. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and is quite slow, making it challenging for international travelers.
I have worked here seasonally for four seasons and have some observations. They pay minimum wage, and there has been a lot of complaints about the food and the poor quality of the Wi-Fi. The staff grievances were valid, especially when they are expected to manage tasks without proper support. Housekeeping is required to clean 12 to 15 rooms each day, which results in them earning around $5.50 per room. Meanwhile, the management enjoys compensation that seems excessive compared to the staff's situation. During Melanie's time as manager, cleanliness was only mediocre at best, which affected the room attendants' morale.
The rooms do not have phone or Wi-Fi service, so guests must cross the street to access the hotel lobby. The decor is reminiscent of IKEA, which is quite popular. The bar doesn’t open until later in the day, but there are several other hotels within a few minutes’ walk that offer more dining and bar options.
Amazing personal, beautiful landscape, beautiful hotel and eating is spectacular. I recommend staying here!
