Applebee's - Dawsonville

The food and customer service at this Applebee's was pretty good. The ladies restroom needs work. There were signs telling you to use paper towels to open the door. There were so many used that they didn't have any left to dry your hands with. Restroom trashcans were overflowing. This is not acceptable during covid.

The food was excellent, and we didn’t have to wait long. Matt was incredibly accommodating and patient; we didn’t feel rushed to place our orders. We loved his friendly personality and the cheerful service he provided. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing!

During our visit, it appeared that there weren't enough staff members available. Perhaps it was due to the time, around 9:00 PM? The restaurant wasn't busy, with plenty of open tables, yet we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. On a positive note, our waitress was very attentive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the loaded beef nachos!

Excellent service and delicious food! We were assisted by Matthew (the British guy with the mustache), and we had a fantastic experience. It was a Saturday lunchtime, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty, and the drinks were even more impressive. Highly recommended! I can’t wait to visit again.
