I walked in to pick up my order, and the girl at the desk looked completely lost. She needed help to find my order, then my order wasn't ready, so I took a seat in the lobby. I watched the chaos around me as the hostess continued to be overwhelmed while I was there. It was around 7pm on a Sunday, so it wasn't super busy, but I could see that some of the staff were overwhelmed. It didn't affect my feelings about the place, but the chaos was noticeable. So I get home with the order... I asked for NO avocado in the chimichanga rolls, and they were loaded with avocado. I don't like avocado, so that dish was completely ruined for me. The mole sauce was overkill for me on the enchiladas. They were just drenched and I wasn't a fan. The chips and salsa were good. Disappointing experience this time, but I would give them a second chance. I would definitely check my food before leaving if ordering to go again!
First time going there was not pleased. The greeter did not greet us. She just looked at me until I said something first. Took me and my husband to a table and when I requested a full booth she made a face and held her breath as if she was holding what she wanted to say back. When we left she just stared at me. Food was good but First impressions are important
I was sooo excited to dig into my seafood soup. I have been ordering this for so many years and today!!! It was a bland not so good mess. They didn’t even give me my lime, cilantro, or extra onions. Half of the items that’s normally in my soup for years!!! Was not even in it. Did you guys get a new chef and/or inflation mess y’all up also. It took 1 time for y’all to mess up my favorite dish for me not to even give y’all a try again. I’m disappointed. It’s so tasteless. Good thing i ordered another dish that I could enjoy. THANK GOD I ordered another dish because I would be even more upset. It looked so appealing too. Signed, A truly disappointed loyal seafood soup buyer.
Ordered the Burritos Tipicos. Found out after it arrived at the table and I cut into it that it comes with green and red peppers, onions, and tomato that isn't mentioned in the menu. Talked to the waitress about getting it redone, because had I known that I would have ordered something else (we decided to take my original dish home for my husband to eat the next day, so I wasn't trying to get anything removed from the bill or get anything for free . Was told that the shredded beef and shredded chicken always has the peppers and such in it and that it can't be removed. So the person who came over to the table (the manager, I guess? asked if I'd like for them to substitute steak instead. I was fine with that. By the time I got my food, my family had finished eating and so I had to get it boxed to eat at home. Already disappointing, but then when I got home I found out that they didn't put the refried beans in the burritos, which the menu specifies that it comes with. So they were just dry steak in tortillas. After the main issue with the food not being spelled out well on the menu, that was just the final disappointment that when they remade it they left out one of the main things that goes into the dish. The rest of the family said the food was really good, so I'm sad I didn't have the same experience. Since the second plate was wrong, I don't think we'll be back.
Very good and close to authentic. they give a lot of food and have a whole series of options. her alcohol menu is also quite good. I believe that their tellers should be both lean and contain rice, but that is not worth influencing the assessment. it is still worth if you want good Mexican American cuisine.
