Taco Bell - Dayton

The wait times for food are absolutely outrageous. I waited over 45 minutes for two orders (while working as a dasher) and ended up receiving just one order during that time. I had to leave and return to wait another 10 minutes for the second order. They weren't even understaffed at the time; ironically, they've managed better during busier days when they had fewer employees. They frequently run out of menu items and drink cups as well, and mobile orders take forever to fulfill. I love Taco Bell, but this location is in dire need of improvement or perhaps even a complete overhaul.

This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at a Taco Bell! Our order was incorrect not once, but twice. When we requested a refund to our credit card, the manager claimed it was processed, but we never received it. The next day, we returned to explain the situation, and they prepared us another meal just like the previous day’s order. Unfortunately, the beans were so dry that they crumbled apart. The nachos bell grande had barely any cheese on them, and the bean burrito was so dry that we couldn’t even eat it, lacking any sauce or cheese. We won't be returning to this location. If we could, we would give it a zero... absolutely disgusted!

I consistently have problems with my orders here! I recently ordered the grilled cheese burrito cravings box, but instead received a cheesy bean and rice burrito, a beef chalupa, and a cantina taco. The beans were dry and stale, which seems to happen every time I order—whether I go through the drive-thru or use DoorDash. They have never gotten my order right. It’s really disappointing.

This location should be closed. Only go if you have an hour to wait on food and like to eat whatever they do or do not give you literally the whole order was wrong and they only have like 5 ingredients . Staff is rude, restaurant is dirty and the lobby was full of disgruntled people who either had been waiting for a long time, had the wrong food, or returning from the incorrect order in the drive thru. I would also like to mention they were staffed correctly , if not over staffed . I knew better than to go because the last few times it has been pretty sketchy , but it's Taco Bell and standards are pretty low . It has further declined.

Against my own advice, I went back to this location because I was hungry and in a hurry. Here 's my tip for anyone ordering drive through or take out: check every single thing in your bag, not just to make sure it 's all there, you 'll need to unwrap everything and make sure they made it right. This location is notorious for leaving things out or leaving things off the items in your order. This time, they left the sour cream off the half filled taco supremes , but rest assured, they charged for it. Lazy or incompetent, this location sucks...
