I ordered a single burger with bacon, extra pickles, and just ketchup, specifically asking for no cheese due to my dairy allergy. Instead, I received a single burger with extra cheese, extra bacon, lettuce, onion, and mayo. I took it back and reiterated my order, clearly mentioning my dairy allergy. What I got back was a double burger with no cheese, no bacon, two pickles, lettuce, onion, extra mayo, and ketchup. Ugh!
This is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever encountered. I've never seen anything like it in my life. There’s always a line here, and even with just one car ahead of you, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for your food. It's not due to a labor shortage; this place has been slow as molasses long before COVID. No matter when you visit, you’re guaranteed to wait. If the line is long, you might as well shut off your car and take a nap. Additionally, they have a habit of closing randomly, so just because their hours say they're open doesn’t mean you’ll be able to place an order. By far, this is the worst Wendy’s in the tri-state area. Avoid this place!
I somewhat understand if you don't have the employees you can't necessarily work or open the counter. However the store has mobile order parking spots. The app allows mobile ordering for this store and says the inside is open. I made a mobile order came to the store, The door was locked. I parked in the mobile order parking spot. I called inside and they told me to go through the drive-through. What is the purpose of a mobile order if I have to sit and wait through a 10 or 12 car drive-through line. Disappointed
I had the most disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. Not only did they forget about half of our order, but they also refused to correct the mistake and provided false information about their hours of operation. The food we did receive was ice cold. I will never spend a penny at this location again! I recommend saving your time, money, and the frustration.
Scheduled a pick up at 8PM through the app. They closed inside at that time but I had no way of knowing that and the employees ignored me. So I sat in line for a half hour to get cold food. Thanks Wendy's. I won't make the mistake of ordering from here again.
