Burger King - Daytona Beach

The area has been closed for several days, and the grill is not functioning. Currently, all customers are only being served chicken fries. When I asked if I could get a fish sandwich, the manager told me they don’t have any fish. This is just ridiculous.

Quick service with plenty to enjoy! This time, the manager truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy customers. She made us burgers during breakfast hours, and we were thrilled with her flexibility. After all, we were there for burgers, not breakfast!

The woman who greeted me at the drive-thru window was very pleasant, and that’s about the only positive note I can share. From the moment I entered the drive-thru until I received my food, it took over 20 minutes. I had simply ordered a cheeseburger and a Junior Whopper meal without pickles, but of course, they included them anyway. The size of the pickles was larger than the burger itself and nearly covered the bun. I noticed a sign indicating that this was a franchise location, but if I were in charge, I would recommend conducting surprise inspections to see what's happening behind the scenes. Even though this is a franchise, Burger King should still uphold certain standards, especially with Wendy's right next door and McDonald's in the same shopping plaza. While I waited, I saw seven cars pull in behind me and leave because they couldn’t get any service. So, it seems they’re losing business as well.

Customer service good! but if someone keeps them the difference between the sharpener and the incredible sharpener and the other sharpener that they sell maybe tell us its all plant based its not even meat! good service, but I like meat I am not a vegetarian or vegan or plant-based person?

To the franchisee of this location.I own franchises in the QSR space and this is exactly how not to run one. Your staff is incredibly rude and procedures are awful.Pick a new line of work or actually show up to your franchise to ensure smooth operation.This is pathetic.
