Larry's Giant Subs - Daytona Beach

I ordered the "Large Deanna's Killer Salad," but it was quite disappointing. It had just a few pieces of iceberg lettuce and mostly shredded lettuce, like what you might find on a sub. I'm not sure if this is their usual practice, but it felt like the employee didn't want to bother chopping up a head of lettuce. I also ordered two salads but only received one. Additionally, the Philly cheesesteak was very chewy, and I wasn't a fan of the bread either.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this place really needs to be shut down due to its incompetent staff, poor service, and even worse management. I ordered a simple ham sub with no cheese, just lettuce and tomato. Not only did my order come out incorrectly, but I also watched multiple orders that came in after mine being served before me. When I approached the owner to discuss the simplicity of my order, he just laughed and said there was nothing he could do because everyone was new and just learning. While I understand that finding good help can be challenging, it’s hard to believe he wasn't overseeing his team to ensure things were done correctly. In the end, I left without a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you enjoy terrible service. Instead, try Gaff’s in Port Orange—it's cleaner, better, cheaper, and accurate!

I've been a fan of this place for over 20 years, but tonight was my last visit. How is it acceptable to serve someone half-eaten food? Do you think that because it's takeout, customers won't come back to express their dissatisfaction? This was my large sub with extra pickles that I paid $26.60 for, along with another sub. Absolutely unacceptable! I will not be returning.

Ordered 2 foot long subs. Was sent 2 6inch subs of completely kinds then what we ordered. Called the store to report wrong order being sent to us and was told they cannot do anything about it nor would refund the money. If you idiots made a mistake then you are responsible for it you don't tell the customer to bad. We submitted for a refund through the delivery app anyways and filed fraud charges to the bank against this stores employees. In the future consider manager employees who aren't going to rip off customers?

We order from here often. But lately we have had to take off the top bread to enjoy the sandwich. The bread is so stale now. The portion size have also diminished. If we are paying more for ingredients we?d like more than six pieces on our subs. This has been a go to spot and we have never been disappointed until recently. An upset lately for sure!
