The service times are always terrible wait minutes for two coffees meanwhile also waited five minutes to be waited
This Dunkin always seems to be closed before their posted hours. I work 3rd shift and I should be able to get a coffee at 6:30 when they're supposed to be open until 7 on a Sunday. On weekdays they're often closed before they're supposed to be, as well.
It took me 15 minutes to receive 2 coffees and a donut. I had to wait at the counter while 4 employees were focused on drive-through orders.
I placed my order quickly at the drive-thru and it went very smoothly. The cashier was extremely friendly and kind.
