Deadwood Pizza Factory

Seriously, canned mushrooms on a $28 pizza? Sauce was watery, crust was soggy and somehow still tough... go figure. Worst pizza we have had in a long time. Not much flavor overall. Definitely a tourist town overpriced poor quality pizza.

The place is very charming with great staff! Ate here twice during our four day stay in town. Got the steak and cheese sandwich which I highly recommended to another visitor when I was asked. Our second time we got a take-out pizza. They sent us with a to go bag full of paper plates, napkins, chili peppers and parmesan cheese.

Rally or no rally...there's away to treat customers and messing up an order then not returning to the table, only to tell your customer THEY could have handled the situation better...seriously!!! YOUR establishment screwed up and somehow I'm at fault. Don't waste your time Food is subpar Service is unfriendly and untrained Live music is loud and off tune. There are several bars in Deadwood, support a local business that wants your business and treats customers with respect.

Our pizza and appetizers were pretty tasty. The cook who brought them to our table was nice enough. Our waitress was not attentive at all and made a comment when she saw the tip reflected our experience with her. If you just want to ogle at her low cut shirt, great. If you want refills, ranch, or to know where half of your party’s food is, not her issue.
