Al Basha Subs - Dearborn Heights

I am currently in the restaurant (ordering through UberEats). The service is awful, but the food could potentially be good. They have a long waiting period, which seems to be a necessary sacrifice. I observed workers dropping fries on the floor and then picking them up to ensure they weren't there too long, as well as young employees playing with their hair while preparing food. I wouldn't recommend eating here, as I can't imagine how it could be acceptable.

I have only tried their steak sandwiches and they are delicious! I especially enjoy their garlic sauce—it has the perfect consistency, not too runny or too thick. The fries are honestly not that great, but I keep coming back for their sandwiches.

Every time I request extra pickles in my sub, they never give me any at all. It's like they do it on purpose because I asked for more. I don't even exaggerate, I just want extra pickles on my sub. It's so rude that I don't even get any pickles when I ask for extra. Just because I ask for extra pickles doesn't mean none at all!

I changed the prices. I have no problem with price changes. I have a problem that their chief associates say that customers credit card machine does not work bc they do not want to pay credit card fees. if 1-3% is more important than their customer keep eating. not blame the employees, bad management method.

They have very quick deliver. That's about it!! The subs tasted horrible! I'm so sorry to say this. But you guys have changed tremendously compared to like 3 years ago! The chicken sub had huge pieces of chicken like almost a full breast that was really OLD dry as a desert and tasted nasty. The sub did NOT contain all that it says on the menu. Zero flavor, no salt even. The only thing I tasted was the 3 days old, no salt, really dry chicken.
