The food was very good and I love the option of ordering ahead online.

Tamika has great customer service and interaction! She inviting, friendly, upbeat, etc. Food was great too!

I found it challenging to simply order 6 pieces of dark chicken for $15. I was really in the mood for some KFC, but it seemed a bit overpriced! I believe the kitchen could benefit from modernization, especially since it has been around for over 25 years. The carry-out windows and the surrounding areas could also use some upgrades. They should think about reinvesting more into the kitchen. On a positive note, the chicken was tasty, and the server at the outdoor speaker was quite patient.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and everything went perfectly. I chose the donut and chicken combo, and it was amazing! It arrived hot and fresh, thoroughly satisfying my cravings. I couldn't help but keep eating until every last bite was gone!

The chicken was very flavorful, but the regular Pepsi had a strange taste, so I chose Diet Pepsi instead, which was fine. The new secret recipe dishes were enjoyable, but I was let down by the absence of butter for my biscuit. On the plus side, the counter service was friendly.
