Írjon visszajelzéstI’ve been here many times, but it just seems to be getting worse. My most recent experience was via delivery through their app, and it was bad to say the least. Once the order arrived, I realized that we were missing food and a milkshake. So I tried to call the store, multiple times, and no one would answer. At one point, someone answered the phone and proceeded to immediately hang up. I spent $65 for us to not get food and bad customer service.
We went through the drive through and the attendant gave my order to someone in front of me that I saw stick her hand in the bag and eat the fries as she walked out, when the attendant came to give me my order I checked it and said it was wrong he went to let someone in the back know, then the lady with my order came back in and the attendant said great here you go and handed me the food she had brought back. I was not about to accept half eaten food from a stranger! I can’t believe they did that! I was appalled! That was so disgusting!!
I'm sure it's not their fault. Im sure it has to do something with the higher ups. But ever since they've gotten rid of waiters and now require you to order on a tablet the charm is gone. The food still tastes great and the staff working are very efficient, but it feels so empty. Also the requirement to scan a qr code to use the fountain drink station just screams corporate wanting to penny pinch on the smallest things.
Ordered online and picked it up. My wife ordered the burger and fries, the fries were missing. I ordered the chili mac with cheese, the cheese was missing. Didn’t notice till I got back to the hotel. I never had this problem when dealing with a human!!
My poor rating is not for the people working here, they were polite. I miss the human interaction of servers. Not a fan of the kiosk. And the kiosk ask if I wanted to leave a tip. Will not return.
