Írjon visszajelzéstDrive thru man on the speaker. Veeeerrry nasty. Not nice customer service at all. I wait 2 minutes for someone to come to speaker. I order . Dont get total. Drive to window and wait for 2 minutes while the workers were talking and 2 running aroundlaughing chasing eachother. Finally 1 come to window and says we cant find your order what is it. So i had to re order and ittake 8 minutws before ready. They ask me to pull up so drive thru time dont go up. I was confused and waited way longer than ishould have
Why the last 2 weeks i come here around 10 or 11 pm and im being told their only doing uber eats and door dash orders? Meanwhile the employees are outside smoking and standing around. On this particular night after telling me abd 4 other cars they weren'ttakiing our order. My sister gets off her shift at taco bell and tells me she just ordered from the same checkers in drive thru.These people are unprofessional and turning away customers to smoke.....this is unacceptable and someone needs to report thislocation
This place is file as f its 10:34 pm not only am i dealing with the rudest and rushed of customer service at the speaker. But you all then hand me the wrong food. I ordered a large garlic parmesan fully loaded fry and a large fully loaded fry why do ihave a chicken fry box and a hot dog when i get home? I need to speak to corporate asap and searching for numbers and emails aswe speak. This is beyond a horrible experience and no phones are ever answered
Ugh, is it really that difficult to simply be nice to your customers? Maybe Not All employees are as miserable condescending as the young man in the photo I took attached here. He?s sure to rub you the wrong way with his slick remarks that you won?tcatch at first thought until you realize behind the fake customer service voice- that you are being insulted. He?s arrogant too,taking pride in learning when you disapprove of his attitude. He wouldn?t give me his name so that I could address himaccordingly mentioned how he?s up there on the reviews already to find his name there. I will not recommend this location toanyone, I won?t return nor will I be accepting any uber eats pick ups from this location EVER Again!
So rude, went to pick up an order for doordash and got told the order wasn?t there tried to ask them to double check maybe the system, cause I can?t proceed MY WORK if he?s not willing to cooperate, got window slammed in my face and the employee startedgoing out thru the back door to hand out orders just to ignore me. Which made 0 sense to me cause he could?ve just been politeand said he double checked, to maybe check thru my end or something(which I did), and the order was definitely placed there.Tried again to get a hold of him thru the window and opened it myself cause I couldn?t get q hold of him any other way. But gotit reslammed in face and almost took out my fingers too. Doordash tried to call them themselves and couldn?t reach them. It wasjust the worst customer service I?ve ever received. I?m still in disbelief. I?m not one to be judgy or anything but hedefinitely needs to be fired. Unprofessional. Not the first time he?s given me attitude there either, also gave me attitude oncewhen I asked for a cup of water cause I was PREGNANT AND THIRSTY. And he replied with an attitude saying ?you want me to giveyou a water? like as if it was a problem. dude with baby dreads and Red shirt
