Domino's Pizza Office - Decatur

I ordered lunch for myself and my supervisor yesterday. I left a request on my receipt for my delivery to be taken to the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the lobby that anyone can use. Well, my delivery was left unattended in the lobby. Anyone could have gotten it and walked off, and I would have never known. I tried to call the store several times but there was no answer . Luckily, a friend of mine saw my order and brought it to me before someone else took it. Neither of the boxes were marked or labeled with whom they belonged or what was in them.

I'm not sure if the time of day plays a role, but we placed a sizable takeout order for two families around 3 PM, and everything turned out fantastic. Austin handled our order and was friendly and helpful when we came to pick it up.

Ordered pizza here twice. Always take 1.5 -2 hours to arrive despite being told it's a 30-minute deliverytime. 5 minutes from my house. The delivery driver has always been nice. Just slow kitchen.Save yourself the trouble and pick up a pizza from Costco

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and I asked for NO MUSHROOMS. not only did I get a ton of mushrooms I barely had any meat on it. Then call to have my sandwich replaced and NO answer. So y'all mess orders up and how do we call to have our food replaced?? Y'all got to do better

Canceled my order, I guess because they were too lazy to deliver it in the last half hour of being open. BS ?
