Kansas City Barbecue Pit - Decatur

Establishment doesn’t smell like a BBQ joint, but I still gave it a shot. Ordered a small tip..again didn’t smell like Smokey bbq. Surface of the meat was hot but in the inside was cold and it was tough. I’m not from the area and it wasn’t even worth the drive or phone call to voice my concern. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Please don’t waste your time here.

Honestly the only thing that was good was the rib but even those need more seasoning. The corn bread taste like cake, and the cake was cornbread with Carmel on it. I asked if the greens were actually fresh green and they weren’t. They were can greens. Mac and cheese and bake Berna were. horrible. Customer service was great.

So we bought 2 large rib tips got home and as I'm eating and looked at my food I realized that they chopped up ribs it was some tips but it was more ribs we didn't call to tell them because first off you have a kid working the front who couldn't take 30$ off my card because it was only $30 on it my total was only $33 and I was going to pay the difference in cash and you have one price in store that is different than online so I will continue to cook at homeParking: Little lot in front don't know what's on the south side of them
