Red Lobster - Decatur

We had a great experience in this Red Lobster. Our server, Emily, was absolutely wonderful! One of my pages did not come out as she wanted, so she even went back to the kitchen and made sure it came back perfectly. She didn't want to bring anything that wasn't right at the table. I think many people are missing if they don't come here. The service is fantastic and the food was delicious!

The food was really good and the service was even better. We sat in Todderick's area and he was amazing. He was friendly and attentive, it wasn't just us that I overheard the others in his area, how great the service was as they left. It was by far the best food and service experience I had at every Red Lobster, including earlier at this site). From hostess to the chefs, to our server Todderick it was a great experience.

A beginning is too generous. At first they were not busy at all, but it took FOREVER to get our food. I ordered the selection of your own 3 selections and they waited 15 minutes to come back and tell me that they were from the Sirloin I would rather be a NY strip and I said yes, that would be good and then come to find out that they loaded me for the 3 and loaded me separately for the NY strip. Even if the waitress brought out the food, a piece of shrimp fell from one of the plates and on the serving dish and the waitress took it up with her bare hand and put it back on the dish. I and my family will definitely not go back. This trip was a terrible experience and was absolutely ridiculous.

It was used immediately. Waited over 30 minutes with absolutely no contact from the waiting staff. Not because they were busy. Was more employees than customers, but they were all busy standing around not waiting for cartridges. Don't get back! If you want to go for dinner, go somewhere, but Red Lobster in Decatur AL.

Our food was great. I had ordered the crab legs which are very pricey/expensive at the moment but still delicious. Service was good and food arrived at table in sensible amount of time. No long waits from the time we entered until we left on everything.
