Subway - Decatur

Slower than molasses in January. A couple of times I drove off because after 20 minutes just waiting to place my order, it's time to go. One time there were no cars in the parking lot, no one inside and was 15 min at the drive thru waiting to order. Ridiculous. Won't be long before they close down. No wonder DQ across the street is always busy, they actually wait on you.

This was the worst experience at a subway ever. And I’ve had other restaurants give me a completely different sandwich. First, the staff was very rude. We had an order for pickup and the woman at the drive through acted as though we were an inconvenience to her. The food was sub- par pun NOT intended. There was a full hair in one of our sandwiches. The bread was maybe te only part of all three subs that was anywhere close to edible. Let this be a warning: don’t eat at this subway, better yet GET JIMMY JOHNS!!!!!!!!!!!

To write in the hope that companies will see it, but not. I live near, so I visited this subway. the employees here literally couldn't take care less. they slip on their sandwich, do not put the right amount of meat on (sometimes too much,) and never show a warning of customer service. it is not difficult to assemble a sandwich, especially during the slow times. it is certainly frustrating. I wish there was a superior who had fought for a long time, but unfortunately this was a problem, and I do not want it to be better unless they got new employees and new employees to train the new ones because the attitudes and sleepiness of the veterans simply rub on the new ones.

Badly managed. always on camp. no teriyaki bark on Sunday and last time no sandwichs available because they had no bread

I was sick and had diarrea. I ate only 1/4 of the subsandwich.
