Dairy Queen - Deer Park

Friendly staff. The food was bad . Hamburger meat was gray outside and pink in the middle. Chicken strips old and dry. The tea had a terrible smell. I hope they fix the problem before they make somone one sick!

Every time me and my family or friends come to this Dairy Queen the employee named frank is the absolute NICEST man I have ever met in the fast food industry. He always greets people with a smile and is very quick to help out customers, take peoples orders, bring them their food and make it. He’s sweet and kind and I have had bad interactions with the other employees but he keeps the atmosphere light and is always a mood lifter !Definitely needs a promotion or something because if it weren’t for him we would probably stop coming here almost every weekend and weekday.

Really not sure why this place has bad reviews. Everytime we go the gentleman is super nice and double checks the order for us!Just fyi, that gentleman (older one with mask and gloves) IS NOT MANNY the owner, he may be the manager but not the owner that everyone assumes is.My only issue is that they could have a little bit better drive through speakers since it can be heard to hear especially so close to the road.Truthfully this is one of the few establishments that uses gloves which sanitation is very important to me, I don’t know why most establishments don’t practice that.

Literally had the worst experience as a customer at this location. The man at the window, manny was very rude and our whole order was wrong.
