I just visited and ordered a Crispy BLT, but I'm quite disappointed. The bun felt rubbery, and I could barely find any bacon—just a few scraps. As for the avocado, it seemed completely missing! I called the restaurant to express my concerns and spoke to a manager. He found it odd but offered to replace my sandwich and give me some ice cream for the trouble. Honestly, no thanks. I'd rather you bring me an actual meal instead of ice cream that might melt!

After having to correct my order in store get home to find it was still wrong and very poorly put together.... deer park store need to lift their game!! :

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was awful; I ordered chips with just a little salt, but the server piled on a huge amount instead. When I asked him to change them, he simply poured them back into the tray and gave me the same chips. By the time I got home, they tasted terrible – as if they had been cooked before and just re-dipped. The prices you charge are outrageous considering the poor quality of the food and service. You really need to invest in retraining your staff to understand customer service better. I won’t be coming back.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered chips with minimal salt, but when they came out, they were over-salted. I asked the server to change them, and instead of replacing them, he just poured them back into the container and served them again. When I got home and tasted the chips, they were awful—tasted like they had been boiled beforehand. The prices they charge are outrageous for such poor quality food and service. The staff definitely needs retraining in customer service. I won’t be returning.
