Great customer service, Quick with getting orders out. Fresh bagels with great assortment of bagels and spreads. Plenty of parking.

I 'm very disappointed in my Easter delivery. I have family in from out of town and ordered appropriately for everyone, including 8 muffins, but only 4 were delivered. When I called the store they explained I only paid for 4. But I ordered online. I checked my order and it indicated 8 muffins were ordered but they only charged me for 4. Apparently it 's a known issue at the store but they never contacted me to correct the order. They just delivered the 4 muffins like that was going to be ok.Also, don 't bother with their weekend lox and bagels special. They literally deliver everything separately including a whole onion and a whole tomato. Thanks I guess? They do sell presliced veggies but that 's not included with this special . I think it 's actually cheaper to order everything a la carte rather than the special.Lastly, the bagels were fresh and very good. But the gluten free bagels are pre-made, prepackaged bagels. I guess I just expected more for this store for the price.

Great bagels! Good selection of spreads. Love their breakfast bagel sandwiches and they're lox. They are very busy on the weekends, order ahead if you don't want to wait a long time. Writing this review made me crave bagels.
