Burger King - Defiance

Had breakfast, the food was hot and delicious and got very quickly. Very nice customer service

The lady working window was very rude to me. and then proceeded to not acknowledge me or hand me my food.

Ordered the basic 2 for $6 whopper jr, onion rings waited at the drive thru window for 17 minutes, finally got my order , sandwiches were wrong, onion rings were cold and soggy. Needless to say I threw it in the trash. The drive thru Staff seemed not to care and were rather rude.

I was just at this Burger King location and use a mobile coupon for 2 whopper sandwiches, 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 eight piece chicken nuggets. The food was disgusting!!! The nuggets were saggy instead of crunchy and cold, and so were the burgers, they were cold and dry and they put on way too many pickles and the original chicken sandwiches were salty and cold and overloaded with mayonnaise and too much lettuce. All of it was disgusting and I'll never come back to this place again!!!!
