Little Caesars Pizza - DeKalb

Even half-occupied and during a dinner the staff are here about the patient and very apologetic about waiting. I hope they'll get more help soon.

If no stars were an option.....this place is the worst. The workers are terrible. The service is terrible. It takes forever. They MAKE SURE you know they don't care that you are there and would rather you not be.

So many things went wrong with my order at this place. To start the order took 15 minutes longer than expected which was fine but then when I went to pick up the order the wrong door popped open on the machine. So I told an employee that the wrong door opened and she just walks away. So I had to stand at the counter and wait for someone to come back up which took another five minutes. And then part of my order is missing. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Horrible personal. The people who works there is totally terrible especially a person name Jessica. She refused service. Those people needs to get fired. I don't understand whats going on with the manager. He or she supposed to make sure who's gonna run the place or shout it down. REALLY BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. I WILL GIVE 0 STAR if i can.

I don't know what anyone else is talking about that I never had a bad experience at this place. I always command before the time and until the time I pick up the pizzas are always hot and ready. They taste delicious and the portions of toppings are always right. the price is also quite good for what she can never get going wrong with this place.
