Pizza Hut - DeKalb

The manager there is always friendly and nice. It also ensures that the pizza is made as it wants (especially cheese pizza). Even though she was the only one in the restaurant that makes the pizzas and runs the counter, she has always shown excellent customer service.

Great food, great service and affordable price. This is one of the places where my roommate and I can agree when we do delivery. I love the stuffed crust pizza, their bread sticks. The cookie a d brownie is also very good. If I want a Hawaiian pizza, it's my first choice. One of the best Italian sausages also a D pizza, if I don't fill crust, pancrust is the way to go.

This restaurant serves as a modern replacement for the beloved old Pizza Hut. I miss the cozy ambiance of the original wooden decor. It certainly needed an updated restroom, but the new space lacks the warmth and charm of the old dining area. The pizza and other menu items remain the same, which is a positive aspect. However, the new location feels more focused on functionality, featuring just a few sterile tables and chairs for dining. The staff at the counter are friendly, which is nice. Overall, it’s a bit disappointing; the passage of time has definitely changed the experience.

I really enjoyed the pizza; it was packed with flavor. I ordered a personal pan pizza. However, the staff member was working alone, making it difficult to get things like napkins and extra cheese. Other customers also went to the kitchen for assistance, but the worker only emerged when the doorbell rang. I ended up going behind the front counter to grab my own napkins and cheese.

I tried the new pizza, The Edge, and it was delicious! However, it's quite pricey, so I can't order it all the time. For the same amount of money, I can get more food. That said, The Edge could be a nice treat once in a while.
