Ihop - Del Rio

We visited IHOP Del Rio today for lunch a group of 15 we all ordered at different times as we arrived some earlier than others. It took our waitress Norma approx. 30 40 min. to bring out our drinks. Asked her how long it would take for our food to come out she said it was cooking but never came back to let us know approx. how long. An hour later our food was still not out, but sitting on the warmer. When I asked the head waitress why none of our orders had been put out she stated that all the orders had to be done before any could be taken out. I personally think this was very unprofessional of her. If a guest/customer request for their food in a timely manner the restuarant staff should be prepared to meet any reasonable request. Unfortunately none of the 15 guest were able to have their meal. We were courteous enough to ask for our meals to go, but personally we should have left without.
