Jack In The Box - Del Rio

Quick and easy experience with friendly staff. I drove all the way from 1 Burger Short and unfortunately broke my own rule of checking the order at the window. Two hours later, I found out I couldn't get a refund of $2.69 without the manager's approval, who wasn’t available. They do accept replacement burgers, but I think they need to pay more attention to orders and improve their refund procedures.

The staff was excellent; they kindly asked me to park while my nuggets were being cooked and brought them to me once they were ready. They were very pleasant and friendly.

The food here is excellent and has a unique flavor that's truly special. We absolutely love it!
