This burger is a carnivore's dream, boasting a full pound of beef topped with BBQ sauce, pickles, and onions. I have to say, it was the best burger I've ever had, but tackling this beast required a bit of strategy! If you're feeling particularly adventurous, Wild Bubba will even create a special wild version for you that includes antelope, yak, and wild boar!
The food was fantastic, and the menu was incredibly intriguing. While the Spielburgers are slightly pricier than those at chain burger places (with the highest price around $12-$13), they are absolutely worth every penny and the trip to get there. My husband had two and a half burgers, and I had one and a half. They are generously sized, but we just couldn't stop eating them—they were that delicious!
Excellent! I discovered this gem through a friend. It looks a bit sketchy, housed in an old gas station with limited parking, but the burgers are absolutely amazing! They specialize in exotic meats like buffalo, cabrito, antelope, arachvenison, elk, kangaroo, and even a unique elk with bear and yak combination! I tried the Wagyu hamburger with onion rings, and it was fantastic—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I also had the Wagyu chili, which ranks among the top three chili dishes I’ve ever tasted outside my own home. My companions ordered the axis venison and the buffalo chicken sandwich, and everyone was pleased with their meals. The owner, Wild Bubba, stopped by our table to check on our food and share information about the various meats they offer. He was very friendly and even provided samples to explain the differences. Such a cool guy! I wasn’t overly impressed by the onion rings, as they seemed a bit greasy, but the fries were great. Next time, I plan to order the Pommes. This place is a bit of a drive from the city, but it’s definitely worth it!
