Generals Cafe Grill - Delano

This is one of the few places I’ve found where the delivery food is just as good as what you get in the restaurant! The food always arrives freshly made, and the portion sizes are generous. This is my favorite spot for delivery because I’m never let down.

I had an issue with my order — they forgot one of my two orders of Biscuits and Gravy with Bacon. When I called to inquire, the woman on the line kept insisting that there was no mistake on their part. After I clarified that I had indeed ordered two, she put me on hold to investigate further. She soon apologized and offered me two options: I could either call DoorDash for a refund or go pick up the missing order myself. I sent my mom to collect it. The food itself was fantastic, but I would suggest that the staff be less defensive when a customer calls with a concern. I understand that people can be rude, but I was just politely asking about my biscuits and gravy. Overall, the food was delicious!

I ordered a salad, but it arrived without any dressing. On a previous visit, I tried the strawberry lemonade, which cost over $8, and I definitely didn't think it was worth it. The cup was very small, and for that price, I expected at least a 32-ounce drink or something larger.

Holy YUM! This Thai chicken salad tho! So delectable, glad I opted for grilled chicken instead of crispy, cuz this option really elevates the flavor quality of this salad! Luv luv the accompanying thai dressing, has a spicy zing tht perks up my taste buds! Perfect meal!!!

The food is always delicious from here. Its a must for my family.
