Mcdonald's - Delran

Every time we order, there are missing items, and it is either cooked under or over. Where are the pancakes?

Try to order the 20 pieces spicy mcnugget combo, just to say that it did not exist. it was advertised on the menu screen in the thru running gear. mcdonalds needs to inform their employees what specials are currently running.

The person taking the order was having to much fun with her co workers to take our order we had to drive to the window saw management right with the young lady. Smh thank goodness for the gentleman at the window for giving a cup of ice water to us

****!! In terms of how I’m feeling, aghast is an understatement. I was thrilled to see that McDonalds added a bunch of coupons on the app. Once i saw a $1 Carmel frappe, I couldn’t get it out of my mind. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, that Carmel frappe, lived rent free in my mind. At approximately 7:30, I decided that I wouldn’t go to bed without one. So what did I do? I made a trip to the closest McDonalds, which unfortunately ended up being Delran. Little did I know, that I would soon have an encounter with a real life human monster, that would change my life. I was picking up 3 mobile orders: mine, my sister, and my brother. And when I say my brother was really counting on that frappe, I mean it. Well finally, it was my turn to have the face to face encounter with the horrific lady. I told her the situation, and she only gave me 1. Well we paid for 3 and she wasn’t handing them over. Me, being a pushover, just let her take her anger and frustration out on me. I tried to explain the situation again but she wasn’t having it. I just let her talk to me the way she did and cheat me. I know for a fact, that ugly, horrifying woman is going to give me nightmares for at least 2 weeks. If anything, this trip taught me a life long lesson. I will no longer be afraid to stand up to a lowbred human like herself. When I got home, my sister, (furious that her frappe wasn’t in my hand) reminded me that I am better than that lady and I should never hesitate to stand up for myself. Side note: why are they still not letting people inside?!? The drive through was grew faster than Pinocchio’s nose.

The restaurant opens at 9 o'clock. Not only did they inform me that they had no ice cream or milkshakes available, but when I finally received my order, I paid $22 and only got half of it cold, along with my drink and sauce. I really think DoorDash should reconsider allowing these McDonald's locations to use their app for orders.
