I ordered pizza and other dishes from this restaurant and provided clear instructions to deliver to my house in the back due to my illness and difficulty moving. Unfortunately, the delivery was made to my neighbor's front doorstep instead. Luckily, my neighbor found the order while picking up a delivery from Door Dash and kindly helped me get it back to my house. However, the next morning I discovered a bag of garbage dumped in my yard, and outside my gate was a Delivery Dudes bag.

Ordered from a restaurant and choose Delivery Dudes instead of pickup. Compared charges of items from restaurant and from Delivery Dudes, and it seemed, each identical item was charged 10% more by order dish thru Delivery Dudes so a $102 bill would be $112 plus $17 gratuity plus the delivery charge. And then some people are generous and tip the driver in addition. So the restaurant pickup order was $102 and Delivery Dudes was over $145. Your choice

Cant get the dudes on the phone anymore. Third time this week no one has answered. Are they still in business?

They have no accountability for their service. The live-chat feature simply buffers endlessly. The support phone number is an endless wait. I waited an hour for my order. Then they cancelled stating we 've been trying to reach you 11 minutes past the hour to inform me. So far, no other reply, no refund of my $41.60 and I will never-ever use this service again.
