Very clean dining area, service was good and the food was okay.

Customer service is terrible,walked in and walked out just like they wanted us to do.The manager and the staff weren't busy and only one employe was working the drive thru. This the second time we've been at this location and had bad customer service. We were not even greeted but everyone looked at us. We will continue to drive to Sherman Panda.

Staff routinely mishears chow mein as rice and are apparently incapable of asking for clarification when they don 't remember. Seriously, stop giving me rice when I don 't order it, the words sound nothing alike and once again you can always ask me again, I 'd rather answer a question twice than keep getting your mediocre, flavorless rice.

Panda food is always perfect except when door dash drivers steal food.
