Chipotle Mexican Grill - Denton

I have visited this restaurant a few times and every time I go, the atmosphere is tense and hostile. I would be more inclined to give it another chance if it wasn't for the fact that the staff are always rude and often unhelpful when I ask for something simple, as if they are missing cilantro. I recognize that working at a chipotle on a college campus may not be the most glamorous job, and as someone who also works in food service, I understand that they may have their good and bad days. However, taking out their frustration on customers who are just trying to order their food and leave is not acceptable.

This chipotle is really on the hill. Never in another chipotle where they ran out of everything around 17 o'clock and when I say everything, I literally mean everything. they had literally proposed a line out of the door and not a single element. the manager tonight Wednesday 2-16-2022 tried so hard to do that and told her employees several times to work on the online order and literally ignored it. if I were the owner of this facility, I would immediately look at the video of tonight and see how unrespectful the staff are to their manager

I ordered a children's taco meal, but they mistakenly gave me an adult menu. Instead of just fixing the mistake, they threw away all of the food and made the same order as a children's meal. Additionally, they consistently overcharge for basic toppings.

After reading the other star reviews, I hoped my experience would be better. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My wife ordered a salad that had no lettuce. Additionally, I received the smallest portion of chicken on my bowl that I have ever seen at a Chipotle.

I ordered a quesadilla and asked to have it folded like a half circle like they used to do. But they refused and said no we only do it this way which they place everything in the middle and fold it like a crunch wrap. Which other locations I don't seem to have any problems.
