Brider - Denver

Our go to place for tasty and incredible food. The caliber of it should not be underestimated by the cafe/open air fast food look of the place. These guys have it dialed in and know what the customers want. The staff including the chefs have a can do service attitude and you can tell that they love where they work! When you have people there for 5 plus years for a place open more then 6 tells it all. It shows in the food and the service. Keep it up you have a great product/service and food that we will keep coming back for!! Don’t miss the Bahn Mi which tastes just like what we had in Saigon on our food tour. The chicken was even better and the fat from the roasted chicken on the bread just added more umami! Their salads are even awesome. They don’t skimp even their yummy house made potato chips. Put it on your list of places to frequent.

I got take out for my kid who is a picky eater and they devoured their food! We ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and the kale salad which is a favorite in our house. We'd never been to Brider but had the kale salad before at Oak in Boulder. The food is amazing and we will definitely be back!

I got the Cajun Blue shrimp sandwich and it was great! Good size with a good portion of shrimp. Came with what appeared to be house made chips. Nice environment and friendly people.

One of my new favorite spots for lunch! Sandwiches are packed with flavor and good size. Highly recommend the banh mi, French dip, or Cajun shrimp but from talking with others I don't think you can go wrong.They are also known for their rotisserie chicken but haven't tried that yet. Great location, tons of indoor and outdoor seating and happy hour specials.Check it out!

Love coming here on my lunch break. Everything is good but I keep going back to the Banh Mi, worth the walk for lunch if you're downtown or in the Highlands.
