We had a reservation for 8, which we cut to 5. after waiting maybe 10-12 minutes for anyone to come to our table (the waiter in the area totally ignored us the entire length of our visit, while he attended to the tables all around us, but never us) i walked up to the host (who was also doing some wait service) and let me him know we'd like to put in our orders. He took drink and food orders shortly thereafter. And then we waited more. It was about 30min before we had our first drink. Or had our waters refilled. Then the host came back and apologized, but needed to take our food orders again, because he didn't write them down the first time. maybe 15 minutes later, kitchen staff came out, placed a food item (zucchini toast) down on the table that we did not order, told us it would be taken off the bill (it was never supposed to be on it) and walked away before we could say anything. we didn't touch it, and it sat for a while before we could flag down anyone to let them know of their error. I believe it took nearly an hour for any food to start showing up, and it came out piecemeal. it was fine. We assumed some things would be comped for our trouble (like that first round of drinks). they took maybe $12 of food off a $170 bill. But they sure billed us for the zucchini toast we didn't order! they knew we were coming, so unsure why they then chose to ignore us once we arrived. understaffed? on a busy holiday weekend? worst dining experience we've ever had in the city, having visited this same weekend for the past 9 years.

Our server was great, but she was very busy taking care of the whole lobby area.

Went their for brunch on an Sunday..... extra chill vibe...its in a small boutique hotel lobby... don’t let that freak you ..... its very chill.... table are small and intimate.... 4 of us where a little tight ... but no biggie.... bar area is beautiful... very important .... the ambiance that is...... would b a fun place for drinks at nite too.... great small intimate bars upstairs .. inside and out..... wouldn’t mind staying in the hotel either...

Amazing place. Super cool space and the food was more than wonderful.
