Mcdonald's - Denver

This is my first time at a mcdonalds in over 3 years. I bought a quarter pounder deluxe and instead got a spicy huh. the lobby was closed (no mandat to close) so I had to go to the window and pour in the snow until it turns off my burger. the whole point was not even coming out of my car. She didn't say anything. I asked if she would apologize and she said no. I understand it is a mcdonald’s, but they need to offer a kind service. I can say with the 2 star gel that the standards are probably quite low, but they can try. it wasn't even the deluxe burger when I came back in the car. the time was today at 17:10.

Wanted to get food but the lobby was closed. Other restaurants are still opening their lobby even with covid. Don’t know why they can’t.

This McDonald's location is the worst ever! There are long lines, horrible service, and old food. It seems that this place is being run by brainless and arrogant people. Maybe if the workers put as much effort into making food as they do fixing their spider eyelashes, we would have fresh fries. Close this location and replace it with a superior Raising Cane's. Also, to the staff, if I ask for 4 packets of BBQ and Ranch, please give me 4 of each. CG Out.

Been in this line for 15 min for one. Single. Cheeseburger. I’m trapped and suffering in this train. Update: got my Cheeseburger and half of the bun is rocksolid like it’s been sitting there for hours.. scroll down the reviews only to find I’m not the only person who gets stale buns here! Pun not intended, but all of my buns are stale at this point ? I’ve aged a year and that line and spent $1.50 that I will never get back along with my time. McValuable lessons have been learned
