We finally managed to make our way to this part of town to check out misfits snack bar inside the bar. We had had it on our list for such a long time and decided that when they had their new menu, showcasing the best dishes of the past three years that we had to go. We ordered the kimchi chop cheese, the Korean pork belly with coconut rice, The squash tamale, the chicken pot pie pierogies, mushroom umami toast, and the cinnamon toast crunch tres leches for dessert. I almost didn't get the kimchi chop cheese because chop cheese not a favorite of mine, but holy ****. It was probably one of my favorites out of everything that we ate. The chicken pot pie pierogies were also a huge favorite with the mashed potatoes. Everything was phenomenal and absolutely loved the ambience. Great spot for a date night. Highly recommend though to come with a group of people though you can try everything on the menu.

Came here with my best friend for happy hour and got here in time to snatch one of the last tables. Love the vibes of the place, and the staff is fantastic. To my understanding, Middleman is the main BAR, and Misfit Snack Bar is the KITCHEN. Anyways, we ordered from both. Got a few delicious boozy cocktails and the Mississippi Salad, which was new for me. Everything was sooo good. Salad was especially colorful flavorful. I want to come back to try more of their unique drinks and snacky things. Just get here outside of prime time, and you'll be good. Might have to park a few blocks down, but definitely call a car if you're planning to have more than one drink, especially that Thunder Kiss tiki cocktail.
