Rico Pollo - Denver

Ordered to go didn't check my order. When I got home I noticed half my order was missing. Make sure to check your order. Over all food is great.

Call 6 times to place an order and the phone says they are busy and when I arrive the restaurant alone and two workers looking at their phones and chilling, lousy service.

Poor service was on hold for 15 minutes and had to wait 1hr for my food

This a very niche problem but know that if you have an order of 100 wings and you call ahead of time it will not be ready when you arrive to pick them up.their food is good but bad comunicación on their behalf. I understand that they don’t want the wings to get cold but it may be important to let someone know ahead of time that they will joy be ready

I was looking forward to some good chicken and an even better experience as it was my first time there but I felt my order was taken incorrectly as per my receipt and the food wasn't comparable to the price in which I paid for one burrito with no sides.
