Sushi Ronin Denver Sushi And Sake

This is the best sushi I've ever had! The fish was incredibly fresh and prepared perfectly. The server was very knowledgeable and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning again!

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Sushi Ronin! We decided to try the omakase and were not disappointed. For omakase, you have to sit at the sushi bar, which I enjoyed because it allowed us to build a great relationship with the chef. Sushi chef Ethan was amazing to watch as he prepared each dish, and he was very informative about the ingredients. My favorite dish was the blue fin tuna belly with truffle and garlic chili oil, which just melted in my mouth and tasted incredible. We were also fortunate to try some Copper River salmon, which is only available for one month out of the year. This salmon is difficult to find even during its short season due to limited supplies. Everything was incredibly fresh, with the seafood being served within 48 hours of being caught. I also appreciated the fresh micro greens on each dish. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we will definitely be returning soon!

I recently had some of the best sushi in Denver at this restaurant. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with seafood sourced from the ocean and delivered to Colorado within 48 hours. The quality was top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Kitchen Specials, especially the crudo of the week. There are various seating options available, including high and low tables, as well as indoor and outdoor seating. I'm excited to try the Chef's Table on my next visit. When making a reservation, note that the "bar" is a separate area. The presentation of the food was elegant and it felt like the whole team was involved in creating a wonderful dining experience. I can't wait to return!

Love this place. Freshes fish in Denver. Sushi bar is great experience. Let them pick you fish for you!

Good omakase, sushi chefs were excellent. Just not sure if service experience quite matches the price point. Overall good food
