The customer service was outstanding—truly the best I've ever received. It seems like they might have new management or something! I also didn’t have to wait at all. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
This restaurant is fantastic, featuring delicious food that you won't want to miss! Be sure to try the wings—they're a standout! The decor has a trendy motorcycle Harley theme, and they also have daily specials. I highly recommend checking it out!
The customer service was outstanding! However, the young woman at the window chose to argue with us rather than resolving our issue. She came across as quite rude and dismissive. I'm not sure if this is a new location or if the staff simply needs more training, but it's clear that improvements are necessary.
I urge you to remove that woman, Jen, from the store immediately! The service was the worst I've ever encountered. The guacamole was frozen—I can understand that—but it shouldn't be served after my order is ready, without any explanation. Instead, she just replaced it with tomatoes. I want a full refund!
This is, without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell in all of Denver. Each visit comes with a new issue. For instance, today at 8:05 PM, they informed me that they were closed for 15 minutes, yet all the employees were outside, sitting on their phones and smoking. I typically don't write reviews for fast food restaurants because I expect subpar service, but the level of service at this location is simply unacceptable. The entire management team here should be replaced. Don't waste your gas and time coming here; you'll likely leave feeling disappointed.
