Tavernetta - Denver

Tavernetta is right next to Union Station and in a happening area of Downtown. They staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was good although the portions were smaller than I would have hoped for. (I guess it's typical of the fancier restaurants. Prices were on the higher side ranging into the triple digits. Their menu does not reflect everything available to order. Overall it was an experience to remember.

Very high end feel inside, it was everything we hoped for and more. The cocktails were very aromatic and had great flavors. We got the buratta and the salad, both phenomenal choices. For our entre we got the Tagliatelle and braised rabbit pasta. Both packed with flavor. If you're looking for a top tier restaurant you have found the place!

It has been a very long time since I have experienced a restaurant with amazing quality of service and comfort. When you walk into this restaurant you immediately get a sense of the owner's attention to the minute detail to enhance your dining experience. As you walk through, you see the different ample settings for walk in versus reservation. The lighting and the decor is great. And if you walk far enough to your seating, you get to experience the organized kitchen staff and the efficiency as they execute their orders. The wait staff are educated on the menu items and are very professional. The senior staff are a pleasure to listen to for in depth knowledge of the food and wine offerings. The dining experience in my opinion is pure joy with a very simple and small menu and specials. This restaurant will be seeing me again. Just fantastic.

I wanted the food to be better but it was a good walk-in experience. We did not have a reservation and our party of 2 was seated at the community table. The service was pretty good. Everyone was attentive. They aren't doing the outdoor seating at this point. Overall good atmosphere and decent food.

Just wow... what a delightful and delicious experience! The service was amazing. Scallop Crudo, amazing ?! The atmosphere, also amazing. Though they were busy, our dinner date for two was still an intimate experience because of the layout they have created in this restaurant. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a night on the town or visiting Denver! We will definitely be back.
