Írjon visszajelzéstWe usually love wing stop (this filiale especially.) this last experience was terrible. the woman on the phone was incredibly rude (8/21/22 ca. 6:30). the fries were just cold, without seasoning (not even a little salt.) the wings were hardly warm, cold. We asked about the wings, “extra wet” and they gave us extra dry. I don't know if the girl on the phone had a bad night or something. we will probably not order from this location again.
They messed my order up. Upon showing them the issue no one remade my order until I went up to the desk after 30 min passed.The manager didn’t know how to refund my money.Had to wait for another 20 min while the manager tried to figure out how to do a refund.After an hour and 20 min I left with no wings, and not even sure if I’ll actually be receiving a refund.
Ordered online, had to wait past the given pick up time. Finally got food and my mistake was not double checking before leaving. Only got half my order, and what we did get was wrong. When called to explain was told they'd refund it since I didn't have time to go back. Never got refund, called again, was told it takes 7 to 10 days. Never happened.
I recently went in for a dine in it took 30 mins to get a 6 piece chicken meal I just got my refund back and went to a real chicken spot hot chicken the franchise’s of wing stops are washed up Americans upgrade to the small businesses spots better services prices and they appreciate thier customers it was two lady’s working The tables where nasty sticky and one was dumping trash and went back to cook chicken with no gloves and did not wash hands please American you eat at the location on e 20th just no you was warned about it
Saul has very great customer service skills for his first week here he's doing a fantastic job very professional and has a sense of urgency and politeness
