Chipotle Mexican Grill - Deptford

I am very disappointed that this will order the second time from here and both experiences were terrible for the carry I recently wrote an email, last time that they never returned to me. this time there was no spicy on the chicken and beyond there was so little chicken in there. the half of it was filled with rice. note for the bear that is spent on this place, it should be at least decent, but it was absolutely disgusting and I am surprised because they cannot really mess with tears, unfortunately the tear was terrible.

I am not sure why I gave this restaurant two stars, as the food was good when I first tried it. However, shortly after eating, I experienced a sudden onset of stomach pain. I thought it was just bad menstrual cramps, but it turned out to be the chipotle I had eaten earlier. My boyfriend also had stomach issues after eating the same thing. I cannot say for certain if the restaurant was dirty, but I did notice that there were a lot of employees in the small space. I recommend that the restaurant pay more attention to cleanliness. The staff was friendly, and I was able to place my order quickly.

I used to work at this restaurant and I still enjoy coming here to catch up with people. The perks are fantastic and I have fond memories of when it was really busy.

The restaurant has seen a decline in both food quality and service, leading to a disappointing dining experience. I had to request a customer return menu due to poorly prepared dishes. The server seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Additionally, I witnessed a staff member using his hands to clean spilled food without washing or changing gloves before serving the next customer. Poor sanitation practices could lead to serious consequences. I hope management takes immediate action to improve the service and food quality. If customers are paying premium prices, they deserve premium service.

This place is just terrible anymore. The quality isn’t it, there’s about a 1 in a millionth chance you’d get the right order if placing it online, and sometimes it’s just down right disgusting. I tried giving them another chance after months of not eating here. I ordered a veggie bowl and got a chicken bowl, WITH A HAIR STRAND IN IT. This location needs new management bad.
