Dunkin' - Deptford

I had a terrible experience at the Dunkin Donuts in Deptford, opposite the police station. The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. The employees were rude and constantly on their phones. I even drove to a different location in Westville to avoid the disrespectful attitude. There was no management or customer service skills at all. The prices for my coffee varied every day, despite ordering the same thing. Dunkin Donuts needs to improve their service and find employees who are willing to work. As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed.

I had difficulty communicating with the staff member because she did not speak my language. If employees are unable to communicate with customers, they should not be allowed to work until they learn the local language.

The staff was polite, service was speedy, the coffee was fresh, but unfortunately I arrived too late for the donuts I was craving.

This place constantly changes her coffee! I ordered a latte and it was given to me without espresso! They don't know how to do everything right. above all the older I Indians who work there.

It's ok. The staff are friendly. Check your order before you leave
