Burger King - Derby

The staff here are always friendly, and the selection of cheeses is fantastic. Occasionally, I might miss one or two items from my order, which is why I'm rating it a 4 instead of a perfect score, but I've generally had no major issues. The food is at a good temperature for me, though it isn’t always served hot.

I always prefer this restaurant over McDonald's or any other fast food chain. I really appreciate their special offers, especially since they accept app codes that make dining there much more affordable. The atmosphere is also quite inviting and airy.

I went through the drive-thru (note that the main room has a maximum height of 2.8m), and it was a bit tight for a larger vehicle. The server was polite, but there was a bit of a wait compared to McDonald's during the same time for Happy Meals. Unfortunately, the hot drinks machine was out of order, so there was no hot chocolate available, which would have been nice. The burgers were well assembled and presented beautifully. The drinks were a great mix, and the fries were crispy. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.
