Chiquito Derby

During our recent outing, we were unable to dine at Chiquito's due to the numerous car seats scattered throughout the parking lot. It seemed as if they were meant for a garage but had been dumped in the parking area as a joke. To make matters worse, Derby was in the playoffs, and many fans were using the lot for parking. When my friend approached the restaurant staff to inquire about parking options, a waitress simply advised us to park in front of another car, stating there was nothing they could do about the situation. Ultimately, we ended up dining at Wagamama instead and had a much more enjoyable experience there.

I had a disappointing experience due to poor communication. I wanted to confirm if we could leave our car there after the meal to attend a football game, but I couldn’t get a response. As a result, I couldn’t take the risk. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to it.

The personal was really friendly; we sat and were allowed to use our tastecard, although the opentable booking system had not worked (it emails the office that employees cannot always monitor). drinking and eating were absolutely fab. churros were a little dry (although it was late in the night); baked banane brownie was delicious. would recommend and go back.

We found the portions to be small and left still feeling hungry. Since we wanted to catch a show, we arrived just before showtime and ordered only meals. The food was lukewarm. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and we appreciated the 50 percent discount we applied.

My girlfriend went into the restaurant to ask about parking options, and a waitress told her that we could just park in front of someone else’s car since there was nothing they could do about it. In the end, we decided to dine at Wagamama instead, and we had a much better experience there.
