Little Caesars Pizza - Derby

The staff was nice, the place was clean, I didn't push them. I even wanted to take a walk to the gas station. But that's what I got?. Not happy.

The staff is friendly, but this store is desperately left in wait. I ordered two simple pizzas in the car ride thru and waited in the car 40 minutes later watching an employee spend 20 minutes weaving Halloween decorations. Little Caesars?.let?s back to what you did best: warm and finished

The customer service at this point has fallen on the hill for the last year!!! I tried twice at 2 sperate occasions and the 1st I called about 10 times and it seemed like I was hanging twice; I went fine and let her know that I couldn't get through and that it seemed like someone hanged on me, the girl looked like she wasn't interested at all and the second time I called the phone was completely separated. I'm going in and ordering them to end looking and someone had the phone out of the wall unplugged and the manager was incredibly rude; gave unnecessary attitude! I hate to give bad reviews, but I am finished with this place NOT going back! Some people like to call a head of time to have their order ready when they get there! The people at this point act as if they did not want to make their jobs!!!!

Had a fantastic experience, pizza was amazing, could say that the pizza was fresh from the oven, also spoke to the manager and loved his personality and took care of him in every customer.

Best experience I?ve had at this location in a long time. The staff were friendly, and said they?d recently come under new management. Whatever they?re doing is working!
