Absolutely awful food—don't waste your money here! I ordered beef and tomato soup to go, and it came swimming in pure oil with a bunch of peppercorns floating on top, along with some strange spices. This was nothing like what I had before. The beef was also not fresh. When I asked for a refund, the woman on the phone, who I believe was a manager, yelled at me, saying they wouldn’t issue refunds once the food had left the restaurant. Do they really expect people to eat food like this? I strongly advise against going there; you might risk food poisoning!

We had the spicy lamb chops, bean sprout with garlic sauce and the mixed fried rice. Everything was really good. Service was good. Highly recommend the place.

After the renovation, the restaurant space is much larger (basically taken over the space of a Filipino restaurant next door). There used to have several signature dishes that I really like. The new restaurant definitely looks better, while kept the food style it had before. Since the pandemic began, many restaurants deteriorated to a point that you would not go again. But for Wang Manor, I will go again. The food is good enough.

Three stars for the food: The spicy pork feet were decent but not overly spicy, though we had to navigate around some hairs. The Kung Pao chicken was quite disappointing; the sauce was far from authentic and excessively salty. It was missing key ingredients like the white parts of scallions and dried lantern peppers. Additionally, the peanuts were soggy and had their skins on. The chicken itself was tough and dry. The spicy dry pot was just average, again suffering from too much salt. Perhaps using green Sichuan pepper could improve the flavor?

Such good authentic Chinese food! I loved the corn cake dessert, egg oyster pancake and all the soups and vegetable dishes! The inside space was renovated in 2020. There is plenty of seating inside and private rooms for events as well.
